Gather does not read messages: reporting is what lets the association act.
You received an abusive message
Every email sent by Gather contains a "report this message" link. By using it, you forward the message to the association yourself, which keeps it for twelve months to handle the report. You can also suspend the identifier from the same email. Gather keeps no trace of the sender, so there is no sender blocking.
You saw an abusive identifier
Use the report form giving the identifier, where you saw it and what the problem is. Otherwise write to dev@breizhzion.com.
What happens next
A member of the association reviews the report. The identifier may be suspended or closed, and so may the holder's account in case of repeated abuse. In case of a serious threat, contact the authorities first.
